  • What types of classes do you offer?

    We offer:

    • CPR (Adult, Child, Infant) 
    • AED (Automated External Defibrillator) 
    • First Aid 
    • Combined CPR + First Aid certification 

  • How long is a CPR class?

    • CPR only: ~2 hours 
    • First Aid only: ~2 hours 
    • Combined CPR + First Aid: ~4–4.5 hours 

  • What will I learn in class?

    You will learn how to:

    • Recognize emergencies 
    • Perform high-quality CPR 
    • Use an AED 
    • Help someone who is choking 
    • Respond to common first aid situations (bleeding, burns, injuries) 

  • Is the class hands-on?

    Yes! Our classes are highly interactive and hands-on so you leave feeling confident and prepared to act in a real emergency.

  • Do I need any prior experience?

    No experience is required. We welcome beginners as well as those renewing their certification.

  • Do you offer CPR classes near me?

    Yes! We serve the North Shore of Massachusetts and surrounding areas. We also provide on-site CPR training, so we can come directly to your business or group.

  • Do you offer on-site CPR training for businesses?

    Yes! We specialize in on-site corporate training tailored to your workplace needs. This is a convenient and cost-effective option for teams.

  • How many people can attend a group class?

    Typically:

    • Minimum: ~10 participants 
    • Maximum: ~20 participants (depending on space) 

  • Can you customize training for our workplace?

    Absolutely. We can tailor First Aid training based on your workplace risks, incident history, and safety protocols.

  • How do I sign up for a class?

    You can register directly through our website or contact us for group bookings.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or reschedule 
    • Late cancellations may receive credit toward a future class 

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    Yes, we offer discounted rates for businesses and larger groups. Contact us for a custom quote.
